We know that life is not just about our own achievements. Many people around us haven't been as fortunate and depend on the kindness and support of others to navigate their lives. We believe in the value of lending a helping hand.
Alca is regulary supporting the annual musical event Lednice-Valtice Music Festival. The festival combines rich history and cultural heritage with modern music and art. The Karlovy Vary International Film Festival is a world-class event. Alca and Obelisk Winery are the proud partners.
Sporting talent need to be supported. Every year, we contribute to local clubs for their sporting events and equipment for regular training. Alca proudly supports, among others, the Valtice Football Club, TJ Sokol Hlohovec, SK RAKVICE 1932, TJ Moravan Lednice, TJ Sokol Charvátská Nová Ves Rowing club of Slovácko, TJ Sokol Podivín, ST SPIN Lednice z.s.
We bring hope, love and help where it is most needed. We actively cooperate with Bára Nesvadbová's foundation fund Be Charity. We actively support, for example, the Křižovatka Foundation, Zdravotní Klaun, Children's laugh foundation fund, Oblastní charita Břeclav.
Having satisfied employees is important to us. In addition to adequate financial remuneration, work in a modern environment, we also provide other benefits. We support the language skills of our employees and their children. We think about relaxation and offer 5 extra days off, we organize entertainment and social events.
Alca is aware that the apprenticeship education system in the Czech Republic and in neighboring Slovakia suffers from lack of finance. That's why we set the goal of gradually equipping all apprenticeship schools for plumbers with practical classrooms where the students can get familiar with sanitary technology and thus acquire the necessary skills for their future jobs.
