ALCA Holding bought 100% shares of FV Plast, the major manufacturer of plastic systems for water distribution, central and floor heating, cooling zones and industrial applications.
This transaction will significantly strengthen the ALCA Group in European markets, especially in terms of the products range.
"We are pleased that this deal has taken place and we can welcome a new company in our group. FV Plast is a quality manufacturer with a long tradition operating in many markets. This business is in line with our long-term strategy ", says František Fabičovic, co-owner of ALCA Holding. "We are convinced that this transaction is favorable not only for both companies, but especially for the customers who will have access to a comprehensive, high-quality portfolio of complementary products," he adds.
The management team was also strengthened. Mr. Krzysztof Bocek, who has been working in the field of plastic piping systems in large international companies for many years, has been appointed the new General Director of FV Plast.
Thanks to this acquisition the planned annual turnover of the ALCA Holding group will exceed CZK 3 billion.
